The #CSXSantaTrain is one of our favorite holiday traditions! With the help of dedicated volunteers, The Santa Train delivered holiday cheer to thousands of our neighbors when it returned to the rails for its 80th trip through Kentucky, Virginia and Tennessee last month. The CSX fleet of heritage locomotives is continuing to grow with the introduction of CSX 1871 painted in a custom design honoring the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad (ACL). First appearing in 1871, the ACL was officially incorporated in 1900 and extended from Georgia to Richmond, Virginia, and later into Florida.
